MY Vision

To deepen the notions of Always-Another-Possibility and We-Create-Our-Own-Destiny, by instilling a stronger, more positive psyche around self-beliefs, fears, faith, health, work, leadership, compassion, and love, one goal at a time, one conversation at a time, one individual at a time.

MY Story

I am Nauzad Daroga, a certified life coach, an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner and the founder of Meta-Psyche Coaching.
Before starting my journey in life coaching, I have worked in the merchant navy, banking sector, telecom sector, started my own photography business and re-joined the service line as a Quality coach and analyst.
I have lived a lot of my previous life relying on excuses and external blame for any unfulfillment I had experienced. During those years I have experienced more than my share of fears, limiting beliefs about myself, complacency in my comfort zone and frustration.
Did I get what I desired from doing these things? Yes, i.e., a good salary, a house, a bike, and a car. Was I feeling fulfilled? An emphatic No!
I was not truly satisfied with what I was doing. Although, at the risk of sounding boastful, I was an above-average achiever at work, got along well with most of my colleagues, even made some life-long friends for which I am ever grateful. However, it was not until I began reflecting deeply and unbiasedly on the last 20 years of my life to understand what eluded me and what I was truly seeking.
What I realized was the time I felt most fulfilled was when I got into photography professionally and later when I became a Quality Analyst and coach. And that happened because I intentionally came out of my comfort zone to start a photography business. The other realization was a simple adjustment of attitude and taking meaningful steps towards a newfound goal of becoming an analyst in the organization where I worked. I could have remained where I was in an unfulfilling position blaming my fate and situation or could have chosen to take fate in my hands and be responsible for it. I am glad I chose the latter because for the first time in my life I was working with passion in an organization as a Quality Coach. Then began a new phase in my life.

I moved to Australia in December 2019 from India and before I could secure a job, the pandemic struck and getting a job in a new country in that phase was next to impossible. I felt shattered and thoroughly disheartened for quite some time. And then it dawned on me that this is quite similar to what I felt before I had found my earlier purpose and meaning. So, I took the opportunity to utilize my time in focusing on learning what I had truly felt like doing since a very long time, and that was motivational speaking. Exploring options around this I discovered the world of life-coaching.

Hence began my journey on reinventing myself. I realized that whatever my work accomplishments were because of my dedication, commitment and actions, and mundanity in my personal life was because of inaction (or not seeing an action through). What eluded me was my own decision and mindset of taking control, and I allowed myself to be swayed with what was perceived (by the world) to be safe, logical, or destined…which is – you must first find a job in a new country, to survive.

And finally, a simple concept made sense to me. All I had to do was to project my commitment and dedication-attitude towards my personal life and self-growth and that would involve taking disciplined action towards myself. It’s so simple that many of us feel like we already know it. But there is a difference between knowing it and understanding it. And there’s an even bigger difference between understanding it and living it.

Take a moment and think about it. Is there something that you pride yourself in, which can be projected on to a different area of your life like your health, your relationship, your work etc.?

My Purpose

My purpose is to bring about this awareness in those who seek to realize what they truly want in terms of their goals, work and personal life results, and the meaning behind chasing these.

This need not necessarily involve making any dramatic changes like quitting your job, investing your life savings in a new venture or dream like travelling the world. But it’s all about bringing about a slight shift in perception towards your inner world rather than focusing on what the outer world is doing. This is what I did, and it immediately helped me realize the empowerment within me.

It’s important to understand that this does not mean you have to live in a shell and pretend as if everything is fine, and that anything you set your eyes on can be done without any possible negative consequences.

Let’s Explore

The external obstacles will always remain … but what needs to change is your approach towards what you seek and what you think is possible to seek, and taking it head on with commitment, responsibility, and positivity.

As your coach who is also certified in positive psychology, I will be able to hold your hand through your journey towards your purpose and goals, as much as you would allow me and need me to.

The way I work with you is I don’t just focus on your specific goal, but on you, your mindset, your fears, and limiting-beliefs. Because once you have that new shift in your mindset, you can apply yourself positively to any area of your life without any resistance from your limiting perceptions and beliefs.

Like happiness, fulfillment is not a destination, it is a journey!

My Role in Your Journey

In the workplace, there are tremendous challenges and concerns employees at every level must face.

Leaders face challenges in drawing out high performance and results along with dealing with people management, personal and team performance stress, time management and deadlines.

Employees have to deal with similar challenges, along with those which working in a team bring, i.e., gossip, groupism, jealousy, unhealthy competition, apparent biasedness etc.

About me journey

In personal lives there are obstacles and challenges like conforming to societal acceptance/expectations, doing things that keep certain people happy while suppressing your own desires and goals, procrastination, laziness, the I-have-no-time or I-cannot-do-this syndrome, fear of failure, fear of apparent negative consequences, limiting self-worth and beliefs and practically anything that keeps you in limbo from realizing your wishful dreams, desires, and results.

My role is to facilitate an effortless transformation of your negative, rigid mindset to that of an ambitious, boundless, and positive attitude towards overcoming these obstacles and challenges like fears, limiting beliefs, perceptions, or confusions, which currently stop you from being or achieving more.
It all begins with a goal which is primarily driven by desire to gain something from that goal. Desire and fulfillment are two core aspects which need to work together to make one’s life meaningful. My underlying focus is on these aspects to ensure a meaningful outcome for you, in our coaching journey.
I focus on:
– Providing you a safe and non-judgmental space in every coaching session where you are encouraged to freely express your thoughts and feelings without hesitation or interruption.
– Enabling you in setting goals which are most meaningful to you, your career, or your business.
– Enabling you in determining if your goals are ‘have to’ or ‘want to’.
– Enabling you to overcome negative or self-jeopardizing outlooks
– Establishing an immediate, practical, and progressive action plan.
– Following up on and reviewing the determined action plan and progress.

How I Engage with You

– By maintaining an open, safe, unbiased, and non-judgmental space where you are encouraged to freely express your thoughts and feelings without hesitation or interruption.
– By identifying, understanding, and championing your empowering mindset, beliefs, and experiences.
– By identifying, understanding, and challenging your limited beliefs, negative self-worth, and progress-restricting fears.
– By holding your hand at every stage of the journey towards your goals and conducting periodic check-ins on the status of your progress on an established action plan.
– By motivating you, pushing you through obstacles and setbacks and celebrating your wins.
I don’t believe in sympathizing or taking sides, yours, or anyone else’s, because I see you as a warrior who is destined to win, rather than a victim who is destined to be controlled by external circumstances, events, or people.

I believe in you and your innate ability to –Improve your circumstancesAchieve MoreBe More through your actions!
